Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our warehouse storage services.
Is this self storage?
No. SATX Storage is a professional warehouse storage facility — not a self-storage unit. We receive, unload, and manage deliveries on your behalf. Your materials are stored in a secure, staff-managed warehouse environment. This is storage built for projects, not household clutter.
What types of materials can you store?
We store a wide range of commercial materials including construction supplies, cabinets, fixtures, furniture, finishes, event inventory, palletized goods, and more. If it fits on a pallet or can be safely warehoused, we can likely accommodate it. Contact us for specifics.
How long can I store my materials?
Our storage terms are flexible — you can store for days, weeks, or months. We work around your project timeline, not the other way around. There are no long-term contracts required.
Can I visit the warehouse to see my inventory?
For security purposes, the warehouse is staff-access only. However, we can arrange accompanied visits when you need to inspect your materials. Just give us a call to schedule a time.
